Grain of Salt
Master the
Grain of Salt
The internet is full of noise. Here is how to filter it out using our Web App, Browser Extension, and Mobile App.
1. The Web App
Analyzing URLs
Paste links from News Sites, Blogs, or YouTube Videos directly into the search bar. We'll scrape the content or transcript and cross-reference it with trusted sources.
Social Media Walls
For Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter), we sometimes cannot read the link directly for technical reasons.
The Solution
Take a Screenshot of the post and upload it via the "Image" tab. Our AI reads the text from the image!

"Screenshots never lie... mostly."
2. Browser Extension
Point. Click.
Verify Everything.
Analyze Page
Best for News Sites, Blogs, and Articles. One click reads the entire page for you.
Note: The browser will ask for permission to access the tab when analyzing.
Clip Screen Region
Perfect for Social Media (X, Facebook, etc.) where links cannot be read directly for technical reasons.

3. Mobile Experience
Android PWA Support

4. Understanding the Score
The "Trust Score" (0-100)
Our AI uses a Zero-Trust Protocol. It starts assuming a claim is false until proven otherwise. The final score is built on three pillars:
Corroboration
"Strength in Numbers"
How many independent sources verify this? We look for at least 2-3 separate reports to confirm a story.
Credibility
"Quality over Quantity"
WHO is saying it? We weight Tier 1 Sources (Reuters, AP, Gov) much higher than social media posts.
Recency
"Freshness"
